Aerial Yoga Teacher Training

Where: Jolly Llama Yoga

When: March 7th & 8th

Time: Saturday 9am-6:00pm and Sunday 2:30pm-8:30pm

Pre-requisite: Consistent practice or a minimum of 8-10 aerial classes taken at Jolly Llama or equivalent. Must be approved by studio.

Cost: Early Bird- (purchased before Feb15) $525

What to Expect:

Begin your aerial yoga teacher training journey with Jackie Maloney at the Jolly Llama!  Join us for two days of training, practice and play!

We will go in depth on topics such as ethics, anatomy, sequencing, spotting, modifications, equipment and safety.

You will teach each other one-on-one and in a group setting. You will observe as well as take Aerial Classes.

After completing the course, you will be required to teach 5-7 Karma Classes which may be for friends or community based.
