Chair Yoga

Great for anyone. Whether this is your first time or your 100th, coming back to the basics is a great step to slowing down and connecting to postures that sometimes just don’t get enough attention. If you are recovering from injury, have trouble getting on floor (or back up), want to try a first class, or just want to take it a little gentler on your body, this class is for you. A chair will be used to help align the postures and stabilize the body all while toning and stretching.
